I played this game and I have to say I enjoyed the first part of it a lot. I wasn't to sure where to go in the tunnel. The "monster" is hilarious. Your game is second in the video and starts at 7:08
I was not fully sure what was going on in the game, but still it was enjoyable. It was a bit too hard to see the monster, and I would have liked some way to know of the player's death, like the screen swinging around to whatever catches you. Also it would have helped if there was some identifier on the screen when you picked up the item as I did not know I was still carrying it after death.
